Between the 21st and the 27th of May 2024, the Diocese of Limburg in Germany visited the Diocese of Kumbo. The 6-man delegation from Limburg was headed by its Bishop, Most Rev. Georg Bätzing. They could only come as far as Bafoussam for reasons related to the prevailing insecurity in Kumbo. The Diocese of Bafoussam cordially received and hosted both dioceses. April 2024 made it 15 years since Fr Ernest Mailiy, Parish Pastor of Tobin parish and his classmates were ordained into the sacred priesthood.
